Sustainable Sense

Verde is committed to sustainability in all aspects of their product packaging and materials. Here's an extended breakdown of the materials we use:

Kit Bags: Made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, ensuring that the cotton is harvested in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

Boxes: These are FSC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. Additionally, the boxes are Carbon Neutral, indicating that any carbon emissions associated with their production have been offset.

Tissue Paper: Made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste and is acid-free. This choice reflects a commitment to reducing waste and avoiding harmful chemicals.

Filler: The filler material used in packaging is 100% recycled paper.

Tape: Crafted from renewable kraft paper, the tape is acid-free and uses a natural rubber-based adhesive, making it a more environmentally friendly option compared to synthetic tapes.

Yarn Labels: Either FSC certified or made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste. The labels are printed on 130g kraft brown paper, aligning with sustainable practices.

Paper for Patterns and Promotional Material: Verde uses either FSC-certified paper or 100% recycled paper for their patterns and promotional materials, emphasizing their commitment to sustainable forestry and recycling.

Logo Stamp: The handle of the logo stamp is made from environmentally sourced oak, and the rubber is natural eco rubber. For each stamp purchased, a tree is planted, contributing to reforestation efforts.

Ink for Logo Stamp: The ink used is 100% vegan-friendly and comes in reusable, refillable ink pads, reducing waste and avoiding animal products.

This comprehensive approach to sustainability in material choice showcases Verde's commitment to environmental responsibility across all facets of their product packaging and branding.
