Refund policy

If you change your mind don’t worry. Simply get in touch and you can send the items back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on these items and we recommend using a tracked service.

All items must be returned unused and in their original product packaging. If you have started to make your kit or use your yarn we are unable to accept this unless it is faulty.  

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item or have any other issue with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
